The La Clinica Student Health & Wellness Center
The La Clinica SOU Student Health & Wellness Center provides on-campus medical care to SOU students. They offer care for everything from injuries to contraception to physical exams.

To schedule an appointment with the La Clinica Student Health & Wellness Center , click on one of the links below. If you don’t see a time that works for you, please call 541.494.4875 or 541.618.1300 . When you schedule online, the appointment is scheduled once you see an “Appointment scheduled” message at the top of your screen. You will receive a confirmation email with details.

Finding a Community Provider
If you would rather establish care with a community provider, you will need to have medical insurance or plan to pay out of pocket.
- If you plan to pay out of pocket, search clinics online and make an appointment with whomever you choose.
- If you have insurance, contact the insurance company or utilize their online portal to find available primary care providers in your area that take your insurance.
- If you need assistance finding a provider, you can contact the health center staff, make an appointment, and request assistance with finding care.
Oregon Health Plan (Insurance)
If you do not have insurance and you are an Oregon resident, you will likely qualify for the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) which is the free public health insurance. Review this website for eligibility requirements and application instructions.
If you need assistance with signing up for OHP, there is a staff member at the Health Center that is certified to assist you. Call the front desk and ask to make an appointment with the “OHP Assister.”
